BabyEvent Terms of Service

Terms for private family content, subscriptions, credits, AI features, sharing, exports, and account closure.

Last updated: 2026-08-11

Eligibility and acceptance

BabyEvent is for adults who are legally able to agree to these terms. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are a parent, legal guardian, or another adult authorized to upload and manage the family content you submit. The service is not for children to use independently.

The BabyEvent service

BabyEvent lets an adult create private child profiles, moments, stories, cards, timelines, books, reels, exports, and controlled family sharing. AI output is a draft aid, not an authoritative record, medical advice, or a developmental assessment. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming facts and all content before saving, exporting, or sharing it.

Standard Reels compose selected real media. A separately metered synthetic video feature, when available, must be clearly labeled and must not be used to claim that a generated event really occurred.

Your content and permissions

You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant BabyEvent and its processors a limited permission to host, copy, transform, analyze, and deliver that content only as needed to provide the features you request, keep the service secure, comply with law, and complete deletion or export operations.

You must have the necessary rights and consent for every person and file you upload. Do not upload unlawful content, content that exploits a child, content that infringes another person's rights, or content you are not authorized to process. Do not use BabyEvent for medical diagnosis, developmental scoring, surveillance, face swapping, identity recreation, or voice cloning.

Private sharing and family roles

Content is private by default. If you invite a parent editor or create a share link, you instruct BabyEvent to make the selected content available under the permissions, password, and expiry you choose. You are responsible for choosing trusted recipients and for revoking access when it is no longer intended.

Plans, subscriptions, and credits

The checkout page identifies the product, price, currency, billing interval, included entitlements, and any separately metered credits before purchase. Subscriptions renew for the disclosed interval until canceled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. After entitlement ends, saved content may become read-only and available for export; it is not deleted solely because a subscription ended.

Usage allowances and credits are product entitlements, not cash, and are not transferable unless the checkout terms say otherwise. BabyEvent reserves usage when a metered job is accepted, settles it once on success, and restores it once when an eligible AI, render, or storage job fails or is canceled before processing. Expired plan allowances do not roll over unless the checkout terms expressly say so.

Payment processing will be provided by Creem when commercial checkout is enabled. Creem's checkout and payment terms also apply to the payment transaction.

Refunds

Automatic usage-credit restoration for eligible failed or canceled processing is different from a payment refund. Payment refund requests are reviewed through an authenticated support ticket under the policy displayed at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, canceling a subscription does not create an automatic prorated refund for the current paid period.

Commercial checkout must remain unavailable until the final operator identity, refund window, contact details, and processor configuration are published and approved.

Guest previews

A visitor may receive one low-resolution preview under the published limits. Registration is required to claim, save, edit, or continue it. Unclaimed guest media and derivatives expire after 24 hours. Attempting to evade limits, automate abusive requests, or misuse signed access is prohibited.

Acceptable use and security

You may not break the law, infringe rights, probe or bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware or spam, scrape private content, resell access without permission, or use another person's account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Availability and changes

Long-running AI, export, and render jobs may be queued and may fail. Features that depend on an external provider may be temporarily unavailable. We may change or discontinue features for security, legal, reliability, or product reasons and will provide reasonable notice when required. We do not promise a particular search ranking, AI wording, or uninterrupted availability.

Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend access to protect people, private content, the service, or other users, or when these terms are materially violated. You may request account deletion through the product. Access is removed and physical cleanup is scheduled as described in the Privacy Policy. Export content you wish to keep before deletion.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BabyEvent is provided on an "as available" basis and is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Final governing-law, dispute, warranty, and liability language must be added for the operator's jurisdiction before commercial launch.

Contact and changes

Material updates will be dated above and notified when required. Use Settings → Support Tickets in BabyEvent for account, billing, privacy, or terms questions. The operator's legal identity, address, governing law, and dedicated contact details must be added before public indexing or commercial launch.
